For Knick-knacks

  • ·         Finely chopped coriander leaves
 Method of preparation
  • At first, you have to mix the dumpling ingredients in a bowl. It will merge all the flavors.
  • On a sheet tray, you have to sprinkle some corn flour. Afterward, take the dumpling wrapper in your palm, and in the middle of dumpling skin put the layered teaspoon of the filling. Crave the walls of the bowl using your fingers.
  • Now, you have to fold the filled dumpling skin in half. You will get a half moon shape after pressing it down on its edges. Now, fold the dumpling edges four times. Don’t forget to pinch well for securing.
  • On the corn flour dusted sheet put the pot stickers for some time. In an airtight container, you can also freeze it if you wish to cook it later. 
  • Now, you have to head for making the dipping sauce by combining all the ingredients for the sauce.
  • On a medium flame heat a wok. Afterward, in two batches, cook the pot stickers. Now, add two tsp oil and standing up in oil, arrange half the pot stickers.
  • Let it cook for around 2 minutes until it becomes golden colored from the bottom.
  • In the wok, add 120ml of water. Now, cook it for seven minutes until the bottoms get crisped, and the liquid gets evaporated.
